Chafing
We’ve all been there, especially when it comes to cycling. Chafing sucks. No two ways about it. I’ve recently gotten back into this health hobby, and believe me, I’ve had my fair share of this irritant. The sole purpose for me is to ride at maximum resistance and keep a consistent maximum speed. If you’re an intense cyclist like I am, you know what I mean when I say it’s a vicious process. Thanks to the illogical setup of a bicycle, chafing is always an inner-thigh fear for us cyclists. You know how it goes, you pedal, your heart beat rises, your body temperature starts to climb, your pores become unhinged doorways to the sweat pool, then comes the inevitable chafing.

Oddly enough, your thighs aren’t always the only victims of this irritating friction burn. During some of my treks I’ve experienced nipple, armpit, and even an odd occurrence of calf chafing.
